Nhi is now 13 months old! We are getting ready to PCS to Monterey, California. We will be there for a little over a year, which will be fabulous!! I can't believe the day is here already...Son and Nhi are leaving tomorrow morning for Vietnam....I won't join them till March 2nd!!!
