well i heard that you can skip the sugar pills, i mean they make that one pill were you only have 4 periods a year, and another, were u dont have one at all, so why not, of course tricare wont cover those pills, so i do it me way, i just have the low-overal brand, and i skip the sugar pills, and every once in a while i let myself have a period when the time is right for me, when im ready to have it, i just stop taking the pill, dont have sex while i have it, and then get back on the pill when its done with, this method works best for me, cause i am on a med. that could posibaly not make my BC work at any time, so i try to stay on my BC as much as posible, cause i DO NOT want to get prego now, in the future yes!

im taking that ortho cyclen pill too and i have also heard that you can skip those pills and just start a new pack.

I skip those pills every month. They are just to remind you to take your pills on a daily basis.

yes you could skipp the sugar pills and take it every 3 months, I would ask the doc make sure it is right for you.

You can skip those pills, and either start a new pack or just wait 1 week and start the new pack after your period starts. You should not be able to get preggo during the 4th week as long as you took your pills every day the 3 weeks before. I strongly recommend not using more then 2 months, back to back without letting yourself have a period. It's not very healthy for your system...
