| WATER WATER EVERYWHERE |
I am sooooo upset with mother nature lately. We had all that lousey 78.9" of snow and now rain. First time in 26 years of living in this home we have water in the crawl space. Now it seems we will need lots of work done. $$$ that we don't have to spend must be spent. Sump pump, water damage and lots of agravation. Sorry I haven't been able to comment but I am voting at night and early morning. We have been pumping with a submersible pump and dring the snad foundation with a Reddy Heater borrowed from a friend but this big rain for 24 hours has taken a bad toll. We are looking at $$$ tons of money to be spent to dry out and then keep dry the crawl space or we will have mold and too much moisture in there. I am sop sick of spening money wehn hubby is out of work. I sure hope these guys have payment plans that are coming out becasue we are ready to throw in the towel....I love it here and never had water but the big snow did lots to everyone in NJ. We had big rains too and no elect all yesterday. SRG SRG darn...and whatever else I can say is not for print...
HAD TO VENT. Plesase pray this won't cost too much...TY, Sandy"

| Pumping 2 gals per minute and no end in sight |
This pump is really getting tested today. It has been on for 4 hours and still pumping water. In all of these years living here we never had anything but dampness in the crawl space. My hubby is working his tail off trying to get it out but the worst part will be trying to dry it all after. It was doing well til the rain. I am voting as much as I can but cannot take the time to comment now because I have been helping him pull out the plastic and tar paper that is all ruined. The entire 40 x 70 feet of space must be emptied of water, dried and then redone with moisture barrier and a SUMP PUMP. Lots of work ...God help us...Sandy
